Dont try using a coupon from the online wendys app either, they have no clue how to process it.
Inside service is usually slow. I haven't used drive through in a while. Food is decent.

Consistently the absolute WORST Wendy's I've ever been to. Waiting 25+ minutes in the drive thru seems to beca normal thing st this location. I'm talking over the last 6 years! They like to close early too. This just ignore you until closing time then shut the lights off.
This Wendy's seems to always be out of something. Today was no different. You had the choice of Diet Coke, Minute Maid, Sierra Mist, or Rootbeer, but they were out of everything else. Then they also didn't have napkins. At least the sandwich was made correctly and was hot which is more than the fries had going for them.
Worst Wendy’s we have ever visited. We went through the drive through and when we get to the window we are told they are out of coke out of dipping sauce. We had been warned by family to avoid this place. When will we learn? Our fries were not salted. Did they give us ketchup? No they did not. Mr Dave would be very unhappy.

Went to one at 63rd and Raytown Rd today. I was asked to pull up and wait a couple minutes for the fries to finish. After sitting there almost 10 minutes, I went in as I still didn't have my food. They couldn't find my order at all and the girl who took the order has gone to the bathroom and didn't tell anyone else.The fries were cold, chili was cold and the bacon wasn't cooked all the way through on my friends sandwich
Person working the drive thru walked around with my credit card. When I stated no one wants you to walk around with their card. There is is to much fraud. Her reply we don’t have that problem. I don’t do that. Breakfast sandwich.. what is it missing?

Everything was filthy, food was cold, both soda machines were down, coffee was old, order was wrong. The employees were on their cellphones, seemingly more engaged with personal phone calls than taking the 3 people in line orders. The woman that I'm assuming was an assistant manager or something was very pleasant and I honestly felt for her, hope she finds better employment and hope the health department visits this place soon!
There drive thru menu light was not on making it hard to read the menu.
Went to Wendy's to grab lunch on break from work, and have sitting in the drive through for 25-30 minutes and they haven't even taken my order. Then when I ask if someone can take my order, all I got was, a girl that waved her finger telling me to hold on, in a rude way. Disrespectful and unprofessional people working. Everyone is busy and has to get through this but there's no need to be that slow and rude..smh. If you're a Trucker, don't stop here, they won't get you taken care of.

I love Wendy's and it's very affordable. My favorite meal there is chili and a baked potato. Their burgers are always great and I like when they have new sandwiches it come out. Most of the time it's a satisfactory experience
It took an extremely long time to get our food and when we did The fries were cold and the ice cream was melted. I know they had multiple employees there but only saw one employee working and that was the person at the register he kept trying to go back and forth to get the food and take all the orders. The really gross part was he was wearing gloves but never changed them between trying to get orders ready and taking people's money some lady that worked there had gloves on for handling food and just stood there taking her phone out taking pictures of the line of people waiting and then playing on her phone
Couldn't even finish my chicken sandwich because I could TASTE how dirty their fryer is. Always something with this location

Moved away for 4 years and came back to Raytown. This Wendy’s is a joke. Ran badly compared to what it was 4 years ago. Long waits, bad customer service and cold food. Eat somewhere else.

Dirty interior. Flies in the dining room. The most ghetto Wendys I've seen in a long time. Clearly cleanliness is not a priority at this location. Corporate much turn a blind eye it.
Worst restaurant experience in my 48 years. Every table was dirty there was water and pop all over the floors. The floors were flooded with towels and napkins laying on top of the puddles with employees just standing behind the counter not even cleaning it up small children we're slipping in almost falling and the girls behind the counter was just giggling about it

Slowest "FAST" food restaurant I've ever been to..... 42 min in drive through, with only 2 cars in front of me, only to get a messed up order and have to go inside (where I was the only customer) and wait another 12 min for a remake and a COLD burger! They were NOT short handed, I counted at least 5 bodies behind the counter, 6 if you count the 1 texting the entire time. Will bypass this location from now on.
Beautiful renovation, same inconsistent and usually bad service. The Slow Food industry (formerly known as Fast Food) is eventually going to be renamed Chick-fil-A!!! because they seem to be the only company concerned about speed, quality, accuracy, and great service! Wake up Wendy's!!!
The drive through was mega slow! They were taking payments and handing out your order all at the second window. Our fries were not fresh and we received no napkins. The person at the window barely spoke to us. I got the new bacon and avocado chicken sandwich with grilled chicken. It was very tasty!
Employees weren't in uniform & their language was offensive but the food was good.
When I pulled up to the drive thru, there was one car ahead of me for Breakfast about 8:30am. They ordered and pulled up. The Wendy's rep stated she would be right with me. A few minutes later she took my order. I pulled forward behind the other car. About 10 minutes later, that car finally pulled away. The rep came to the window, apologizing to me for the long wait, stating fellow employees didn't show up for work. She was taking orders, cooking and delivering to patrons. They better get better employees that want to show up for work. The quality service sign on the side of the building was not the quality of service I received. Not jazzed about going back!
I placed a mobile order. When I went through the drive through to pick it up, they did not have two of the items I had ordered, so they removed them from my order. They gave me my I order and I left and came home. I opened the bag when I got home and they had also removed the French fries from my order. However, my bank account was charged the full amount of the original order, even though I only received half of the items.
Awesome spicy chicken sandwich. Just tried for the first time their spicy chicken nuggets. Just as good as the sandwich. Hope they never stop selling those nuggets.
My boyfriend and I won't be coming back here. The guy who took our order through the drive thru was super nice but couldn't get our order right. I ordered the avocado BLT and my boyfriend had to tell him twice I wanted the spicy one. We get home only to discover a burger. Not even a burger with avocado or even bacon. You can tell it was slapped together quickly and poorly and we were the only ones in line. Super disappointing.
They can't get a order right for anything. And when I went back in I could not find a manager to help. The little boy and his friend behind the counter. Did not want to let me talk, and just want to get an attitude. And then they acted like they wanted to come outside and fight with me. The store should be shut down for good
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE . Very long wait over 30mins .everyone there is young and doesn't have a clue of good customer service. Food is always cold very bad smell inside the restaurant and the bathroom.The issue I experience tonight was unacceptable I have reached out to corporate and waiting to hear something back if I do not hear something soon I will be escalating this higher .

We got home with our food and we live 5 mins away and it was all cold. Nothing looked fresh and I have 3 kids I was feeding. I would not recommend coming here. We very rarely eat there because there is a issue everytime. It's very disappointing!
No soap or paper towels in bathroom. Employees were cursing. Sandwich was good chili was watery and didn't have chili hot sauce.

This Wendy’s is the worst. I’ve all but stopped going there due to the extremely long waits in the drive thru and them always being out of some product. I went back today hoping things had improved, but I still waited 20 minutes in line (5 people in front of me), and they were still out of product. One of the workers even accidentally turned his mic on and yelled “what!?†while I was waiting at the order screen. The lady who helped me was very kind. I’m not sure what the deal is, and I’d guess it’s mainly management. Something needs to change, though ASAP
Very slow through the drive through. Gave me the wrong food and then when I got home with the second bag, the nuggets were regular not the spicy I ordered. I have been to this location before and they were great, dont know what happened today.
Oh What a store worst place to eat very slow cooks food is terrible they get order wrong all the time! I bought 2 salads very expensive had bwrown lettuce no pecans or apples .Tried to call there no answer.Dont go there you be sorry very sorry watch and see!🤔

The employees didn't know how to prepare a taco salad to go. They put the chili onto the lettuce, I told them the chili needs to go into a cup, and I had to ask for the salsa and taco chips. They need better training on the food preparations.
